1. Introduction

Kreativshop’s Affiliation Program enables individuals and businesses to earn commissions by promoting our products and services. By participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, which governs how affiliates can promote Kreativshop and receive commissions for successful referrals.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Own a valid website, blog, social media account, or another platform to promote Kreativshop.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Kreativshop reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account that fails to comply with these terms.

3. How It Works

Once accepted into the program, affiliates receive a unique referral link or code to promote Kreativshop products. Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales that result directly from their referral link.

• Referral Tracking: Our system tracks referrals through cookies and unique affiliate links to ensure accurate commission payouts.
• Commission Rate: The commission rate is product-dependent and may vary from time to time. Rates will be defined on a custom basis for each product or promotion.
• Payment Terms: Commissions are paid upon the request of the affiliate, provided the minimum payout threshold of 5,000F is met. Payments can be made via mobile money, bank transfer, or transferred directly to the affiliate’s account on the Kreativshop website.

4. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are free to promote Kreativshop through their chosen channels. However, certain promotional activities are prohibited to maintain the integrity of our brand:

• Prohibited Activities:
  • Use of misleading or false statements about Kreativshop services.
  • Engagement in spam or unsolicited marketing activities.
  • Use of Kreativshop’s branding (logos, images, etc.) without permission or inappropriately.
  • Bidding on Kreativshop-related keywords in search engine marketing campaigns without authorization.
  • Creating websites or social media profiles that mimic Kreativshop’s official presence.
• Permitted Activities:
  • Affiliates are encouraged to write honest reviews, create content, and share Kreativshop promotions on their websites, blogs, and social media accounts.
  • Use of Kreativshop’s approved promotional materials and banners, provided by us upon request.

Kreativshop reserves the right to terminate any affiliate engaging in prohibited activities.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Comply with all local laws and regulations related to marketing and online promotions.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when promoting Kreativshop.
• Use ethical marketing practices to avoid confusion or harm to customers.

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own taxes, legal obligations, and reporting requirements concerning any earnings from this program.

6. Disqualification and Termination

Kreativshop reserves the right to disqualify any affiliate who:

• Violates this policy.
• Engages in dishonest or fraudulent behavior.
• Misuses promotional materials or damages Kreativshop’s reputation.

In cases of disqualification, unpaid commissions will be forfeited, and the affiliate will be removed from the program.

7. Changes to the Program

Kreativshop reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliation Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying affiliates via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kreativshop will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income or profits resulting from participation in the Affiliation Program.

9. Governing Law

This Affiliation Program Policy is governed by the laws of Senegal, and any disputes related to this policy will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
