Return & Refund Policies
Category 1: Services
(Printing, CNC Cutting, Laser Engraving, Large Format Sublimation, DTF Printing, DTF UV Printing, etc.)
- Customer-Supplied Materials:
- If the customer provides their own materials (e.g., fabric, wood, or other substrates) for processing, returns or refunds will not be granted for any damages or imperfections caused by pre-existing issues in the materials.
- Kreativshop is not liable for defects or poor results due to materials provided by the customer. All customer-supplied materials must meet our specifications, and any failure to do so may affect the final product quality.
- Service Quality Issues:
- If there is an issue with the quality of the service provided (such as incorrect cutting, engraving, or printing), customers may request a rework or refund. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the finished product, accompanied by photos or proof of defects.
- Refunds will only be processed if the error is due to Kreativshop’s mistake in processing the order.
- Third-Party Handling and Installation:
- Kreativshop is not responsible for any damages or defects caused during third-party handling or installation of the product.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Service orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of submission if work has not begun. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
Category 2: Imported Products
(Raw Materials for Printers like Flex Banners, Inks, Vinyl, etc.)
- Eligibility for Return:
- Imported products such as raw materials may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are proven to be defective upon arrival.
- Defective Products:
- If an imported product is defective upon arrival, customers must contact Kreativshop within 7 days with proof (e.g., photos or a video). A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.
- Returns for defective products must be shipped back to Kreativshop, and a replacement will be sent after the defect is confirmed.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as inks and consumables that have been opened or partially used, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Restocking Fee:
- Returns for non-defective products may be subject to a restocking fee of [X%]. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Category 3: Personalized Products
(Custom T-shirts, Caps, Gifts, etc.)
- Non-Returnable Policy:
- Personalized products that are custom-made based on the customer’s specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Kreativshop.
- Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Errors in Customization:
- If there is an error in the customization caused by Kreativshop, customers may request a rework or refund. Such claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, and proof of the error must be provided.
- Refunds will only be processed if the error is verified to be Kreativshop’s fault, and the product cannot be reworked.
- Customer-Supplied Design Issues:
- Kreativshop is not responsible for any design flaws, low-quality images, or errors submitted by the customer during the customization process.
- Quality Expectations:
- Variations in color, texture, or minor discrepancies in final products compared to digital previews are normal and are not considered defects. Kreativshop ensures the closest possible match to the preview, but small variations may occur.
