Kreativshop offers subcontracting services to customers who may not have the resources, time, or equipment to fulfill their own customer orders. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for customers seeking subcontracting services from Kreativshop. By using our subcontracting services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Subcontracting Services
  • Have received their own order but are unable to complete it due to lack of facilities, equipment, time, or skilled employees.
  • Agree to the terms of this policy and any specific project agreements.
3. Scope of Services

Kreativshop provides a comprehensive range of subcontracting services, including but not limited to:

  • Printing services (UV printing, large format printing like flex banner, vinyl, oneway vision, etc., and standard printing like invitation cards, business cards, etc.).
  • Event articles and promotional items.
  • Custom exhibition stands, neon signs, and light boxes.
  • Personalized gifts, gadgets, and packaging.
  • Textile printing DTF, sublimation (T-shirts, polos, and bags personalization).
  • Project plan printing and security signboards.
  • Product stickers, labels, tags, and more.
  • Custom design and finishing, CNC cutting, Laser engraving services, etc.
  • Packaging and delivery on behalf of the customer.

Customers can submit their project details, and Kreativshop will provide a quote based on the required services.

4. Project Submission and Approval
  • Submit a detailed description of the project, including specifications, quantities, and deadlines.
  • Provide any necessary designs, materials, or files required for completing the order.

Kreativshop will review the project and provide a quote, including pricing, timelines, and terms. Once the quote is approved by the customer, work will begin based on the agreed terms.

5. Quality and Confidentiality
  • Quality Assurance: All subcontracted work is subject to quality checks to ensure it meets Kreativshop’s high standards.
  • Confidentiality: Kreativshop understands the importance of protecting your business. All information, designs, and materials submitted by customers will be treated as confidential. Kreativshop will not share any details of the project with third parties without explicit permission.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
  • Pricing: All prices for subcontracting services will be provided in the quote. Prices will vary based on the complexity and volume of the work.
  • Payment Terms: Customers are required to make payments according to the terms outlined in the quote. Full payment may be required upfront or in installments, depending on the agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in a delay in services or cancellation of the project.
7. Delivery and Turnaround Times

Kreativshop strives to complete all subcontracted orders within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, the following should be noted:

  • Delivery times will depend on the size and complexity of the project.
  • Kreativshop is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as third-party suppliers or shipping services.

Customers will be informed of any delays as soon as possible, and we will work to resolve issues promptly.

8. Responsibilities of the Customer
  • Providing clear and accurate project details, including designs, specifications, and deadlines.
  • Ensuring that all designs or materials submitted comply with intellectual property laws.

Any errors or omissions in the provided details that lead to delays or rework may incur additional charges.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of project approval. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted if work has already begun.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where Kreativshop fails to meet the agreed terms or quality standards. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final product.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to legal arbitration in accordance with Senegalese law.

11. Governing Law

This policy and all subcontracting agreements are governed by the laws of Senegal. Both Kreativshop and the customer agree to abide by local legal requirements and regulations.
